TalentLink Ltd was founded on a simple belief: great events are made by great people. We find them, train them and stand behind them — at every event, everywhere in Ireland.
We started TalentLink because we'd stood on both sides of the barrier — as organisers frustrated by unreliable agencies, and as event workers who deserved better treatment. So we built the staffing company we always wished existed.
Today our teams support stadiums, festivals, conference centres, commercial facilities and community events across Ireland. We stay deliberately specialist: events, venues and customer-facing roles only. That focus is why our staff are sharper, our fill rates higher and our clients happier.
